I am a Human-Centered Systems Design Specialist and leadership development practitioner with a focus on building scalable talent and mentorship systems. My work through Quest Systems & Solutions (QSS) centres on youth development, workforce readiness, executive coaching, and digital transformation. I design programs that help individuals and organisations move from potential to capability and from intention to execution. I am particularly interested in how structured mentorship and systems thinking can shape the next generation of professionals and leaders.
I am a strategic communications and relationship management professional with a strong background in international engagement, corporate communications, and stakeholder development. My work focuses on building meaningful connections across organisations, industries, and cultures while supporting initiatives that strengthen collaboration and shared growth. I bring experience in facilitating partnerships, shaping communication strategy, and advancing programs that connect people and opportunities across regions. I am particularly interested in how effective communication, cultural understanding, and strategic networks can open pathways for learning, development, and global engagement.
